This document is a review draft and is not in force. Prepared on 15 September 2026.
1. Who to contact
Godsend is supplied by Marek Jóźwiak, ul. Okopowa 14/92, 01-063 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5273223291, REGON 545009660. Contact [CONTACT_EMAIL — to be confirmed before publication] for product complaints, cancellation help, or a refund request.
For purchases made through Polar, Polar is the checkout seller and processes payment refunds. You may also contact Polar support. We will help identify the transaction and coordinate the appropriate remedy. This notice does not restrict your rights under Polar’s Buyer Terms, card-network rules, or applicable law.
2. Our voluntary refund policy
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your initial purchase if no paid Component source has been retrieved under that purchase. This applies to individual Annual, Lifetime, and Founding Lifetime orders. A team order follows the same rule for its covered seats unless a written offer expressly provides a different voluntary policy.
Reading public documentation, viewing public previews, or creating an account is not a paid-source download. We use the registry’s download record to establish whether source was supplied. If you believe that record is incorrect or reflects unauthorized activity, tell us so we can investigate rather than treating it as conclusive by itself.
The seven-day voluntary period does not restart with an annual renewal. After source has been retrieved, or outside that period, we do not offer a general change-of-mind refund. We will still review duplicate or incorrect charges, missing delivery, unauthorized transactions, and product defects, and may approve an exception.
This voluntary policy is additional to your statutory rights. A download or expiry of the seven-day period does not remove a valid withdrawal right, a remedy for non-conforming content, or a payment-dispute right.
3. Cancelling an annual subscription
An annual subscription renews every 12 months unless cancelled. Cancel through the billing portal available from your account, or contact us or Polar if you cannot use it. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Keep the cancellation confirmation.
You retain covered downloads and updates until that period ends. Source lawfully obtained during paid access remains licensed for existing and new permitted projects, as described in the Source license.
Cancellation is different from a refund. We do not routinely refund unused time in a paid period, but statutory rights, non-delivery, a billing error, or an agreed resolution can require a refund or price reduction. Deleting an account or revoking a registry token is not a cancellation instruction to Polar.
Lifetime and Founding Lifetime purchases have no recurring catalog charge to cancel. A later annual purchase after a cancelled or expired subscription uses the then-current offer rather than the previous locked price.
4. Statutory withdrawal
If you are an EU or EEA consumer and a withdrawal right applies to your distance contract, you generally have 14 calendar days from its conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Where Polish law extends relevant rights to a sole trader acting outside the professional character of their business, those rights also remain available. Other countries may provide additional or different mandatory rights.
To withdraw, send a clear statement identifying the contract before the applicable deadline expires. You do not need to use a particular form or provide a reason. You may use the model statement in section 8, contact the checkout seller, or use an online withdrawal function where provided. Requesting withdrawal is distinct from merely cancelling a future renewal.
If a required withdrawal notice was not provided, the statutory extension of the deadline applies; under the relevant EU/Polish rules this can extend the right for up to 12 additional months. If the missing notice is supplied during that period, the applicable further 14-day period runs from its receipt.
5. Immediate supply of digital content and services
For paid digital content delivered without a physical medium, a statutory withdrawal exception applies only when its legal conditions have been met. These include your express prior consent to early supply, the required prior information and acknowledgement about loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation in a durable form.
We will not rely on a preselected box, a sentence buried in the terms, account creation, or the existence of a download record alone to establish those conditions. Loss of the right takes effect only at the point permitted by the applicable law and for the supply covered by the valid statements and confirmation.
A continuing digital service, such as ongoing catalog access, may be treated differently from a supplied source-code copy. Immediate access does not automatically eliminate withdrawal rights for every part of a continuing service. Where you validly request a service to start early and later withdraw, payment for the part already performed may be due only where and to the extent that law permits. The exception for a fully performed service also requires its own legal conditions.
Where the exception does not apply, we will respect the withdrawal right. Where information or consent requirements were not met, any rule relieving you from paying for early supply also applies. These distinctions take priority over the voluntary no-download refund condition.
6. Missing, faulty, or non-conforming content
The Components and services must comply with the agreement and applicable legal requirements, including the description, promised functionality, compatibility, and required updates. Public previews are useful for evaluation but do not replace those obligations.
If content has not been supplied, you may require delivery. You may terminate where delivery is then not made within the legally applicable period, or immediately where the law permits, for example if the supplier refuses to deliver or timely delivery was essential.
If content or a service is non-conforming, you may require it to be brought into conformity without charge, within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction or termination may be available where correction is impossible or disproportionate, is not completed properly, has failed, or the problem is sufficiently serious to justify an immediate remedy. For paid content, a minor defect alone does not necessarily justify termination; applicable statutory presumptions and burden-of-proof rules remain unchanged.
A price reduction must reflect the reduced value and, for continuing supply, the affected period. Termination and reimbursement follow the applicable rules for the affected supply. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of a cash reimbursement where law entitles you to money back.
Under Polish consumer rules, liability for a one-off supply generally covers a lack of conformity existing at supply and revealed within two years. For continuous supply, it covers lack of conformity occurring or becoming apparent during the agreed supply period. Required updates and other mandatory protections can create additional obligations. No shorter voluntary refund window replaces those periods.
Describe the issue and your requested remedy in a complaint. A minimal reproduction and the documented browser/framework information may help; we will ask only for cooperation reasonably needed and use the least intrusive practical diagnostic method. We will respond to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days, subject to any shorter applicable requirement. Statutory consequences of a missed response deadline remain applicable.
7. Payment and effect of a refund
Where withdrawal, termination, or a price reduction requires reimbursement, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline. For the relevant EU/Polish withdrawal and digital-content remedies, that is generally no later than 14 days after receipt of the effective statement. A processing provider’s involvement does not extend a statutory deadline.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that does not charge you a fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. For an approved voluntary refund, we will confirm its scope and arrange processing promptly, normally within 14 days of approval.
A full refund of an entire purchase ends the access and license supplied through it, subject to mandatory law and the written resolution. Stop using the affected Components and remove or replace their copies as required by the Source license. A refund or correction affecting only a renewal, seat, or part of an order does not automatically cancel independently purchased rights; the resolution must identify the affected scope.
A pending chargeback may pause new delivery while it is reviewed. It does not prove fraud or cancel prior rights by itself. If a final decision reverses payment, the affected rights are handled under the Source license and applicable law. We do not prevent you from exercising a lawful payment-dispute right or impose an additional penalty merely for doing so.
8. Optional withdrawal statement
You may copy and complete the following statement. It is optional, and a clear email or letter is sufficient where the right applies.
To: the seller identified on my receipt, with a copy to Marek Jóźwiak / Godsend, ul. Okopowa 14/92, 01-063 Warszawa, Poland, [CONTACT_EMAIL — to be confirmed before publication].
I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following product or service: [identify the order and product].
Order date and reference: [details].
Customer name and address: [details].
Email used for the order: [email].
Date: [date].
Signature: [only if sent on paper].
An order reference or original receipt helps us find the transaction. If you cannot provide it, we will use another reasonable method to identify the purchase. Do not include card details, passwords, or registry tokens.
9. Further help
The Terms explain applicable law, complaints, and available dispute-resolution assistance. Contact us if you need help identifying the right process. Nothing in this notice requires you to complete an informal support process before taking a legal step that does not require it.
