Installation
Choose your framework. The registry installs the component and its runtime dependency.
Installation unavailable
The preview is public, but its installable release is still being prepared.
The registry command writes the component to src/lib/components/ui/IsometricTiles.svelte and installs its dependencies.

The registry command writes the component to src/components/ui/IsometricTiles.vue and installs its dependencies.
Basic usage
The shader fills its parent. Your layout decides whether that parent is a card, hero, or viewport.
Component API
Types below match the selected Svelte component.
Additional classes for the parent-sized root element.
- Type
string
Size of the tiles. Larger values show fewer, larger tiles.
- Type
number- Default
2.2- Range / values
0.4–3
Space between adjacent tiles, as a fraction of their pitch.
- Type
number- Default
0.02- Range / values
0.02–0.3
Depth of each solid tile in grid units.
- Type
number- Default
0.24- Range / values
0.04–0.24
Radius of the rounded tile corners.
- Type
number- Default
0.06- Range / values
0.06–0.22
Strength of the outward wave after a click or tap. Zero disables click waves.
- Type
number- Default
0.5- Range / values
0–0.8
Travel speed of click waves in tiles per second.
- Type
number- Default
4- Range / values
1–8
Width of the traveling crest in tile units.
- Type
number- Default
1.2- Range / values
0.3–2
Seconds for a hovered tile to return to its original color. Zero colors only the tile under the pointer.
- Type
number- Default
2.4- Range / values
0–10
Cloudiness of the material. Low values transmit more light and background color; high values scatter light into a dense milky white. Thicker tiles transmit less.
- Type
number- Default
0.65- Range / values
0–1
Brightness of the soft, diffuse illumination on the tiles.
- Type
number- Default
1- Range / values
0–2
Base color of the tile faces.
- Type
string- Default
"#FFFFFF"
Color painted onto tiles by the pointer.
- Type
string- Default
"#9084FF"
Opaque color beneath the tiles, receiving their soft shadows.
- Type
string- Default
"#F0F2FF"
Stops the render loop while keeping the current frame visible.
- Type
boolean- Default
false
Hover paints individual tiles with a fading color trail. Click or tap launches an outward wave. Disabling interaction clears trails and waves. Reduced motion preserves immediate hover color without animated waves or trails.
- Type
boolean- Default
true- Range / values
true, false
Caps render resolution independently from the element size.
- Type
number- Default
2- Range / values
1–3
Scales GPU resolution without changing layout dimensions.
- Type
number- Default
1- Range / values
0.25–1
Runs after the shader is mounted successfully, including a WebGL fallback.
- Type
(backend: ShaderBackend) => void- Range / values
webgpu, webgl
Runs when automatic initialization changes the requested WebGPU backend to WebGL.
- Type
(backend: ShaderBackend, reason: string) => void- Range / values
webgl
Reports source-loading or renderer failures so the host application can decide how to recover.
- Type
(error: Error) => void
Exposes the imperative component lifecycle methods.
- Type
Component public instance- Range / values
pause, resume, reset, resize, destroy
